PART I – SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENTThis License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is an agreement between you (both the individual installing the Product and any legal entity on whose behalf such individual is acting) (hereinafter “You” or “Your”) and Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (hereinafter “Check Point”).TAKING ANY STEP TO SET-UP, USE OR INSTALL THE PRODUCT CONSTITUTES YOUR ASSENT TO AND ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT.

WRITTEN APPROVAL IS NOT A PREREQUISITE TO THE VALIDITY OR ENFORCEABILITY OF THIS AGREEMENT AND NO SOLICITATION OF ANY SUCH WRITTEN APPROVAL BY OR ON BEHALF OF YOU SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS AN INFERENCE TO THE CONTRARY. IF YOU HAVE ORDERED THIS PRODUCT SUCH ORDER IS CONSIDERED AN OFFER BY YOU, CHECK POINT’S ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR OFFER IS EXPRESSLY CONDITIONAL ON YOUR ASSENT TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, TO THE EXCLUSION OF ALL OTHER TERMS. THIS AGREEMENT SUPERSEDES ANY PREVIOUS VERSIONS. IF THESE TERMS ARE CONSIDERED AN OFFER BY CHECK POINT, YOUR ACCEPTANCE IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST RETURN THIS PRODUCT WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE AND THE PROOF OF PAYMENT TO THE PLACE YOU OBTAINED IT FOR A FULL REFUND.1. Hey,Try to install the license via the cli (as far as I understand you just tried to print it from there). The complete procedure is explained.But usually you receive, together with the license itself in the same mail, also the right command to copy and paste into your SMS CLI in order to activate the license. If your license activation ran into a bug during activation you can also try to first delete the current license via 'cplic del ' and then install the new one with procedure linked above.Regards,Maik.
